Check Em Out: Lions Lions

For those of you in need of a breath of fresh air and some good new music for your ipod here they are!!!! The band Lions Lions an East coast rock/post hardcoreband from Boston has definatly caught my eye. A friend introduced me to them about 6 months ago and I love the energy in every song. Looking at their new video “Killing your grace” it shows how great their stage presence really is. Give these guys a listen its definatly worth it, they are availibleon Itunes.

Hottest 100 Music Festival

I just got home froma very long weekend from yet another festival. This weekend I headed out to the Irvine Lake for the Hottest 100 Music Festival, which comprised a number of diffrent styles of music. From Hip hop to electro, and rock. Along with making new friends as always, this event was close enough to home that we were able to have a bunch of our good friends come out. We had quite a crowd in front of our tent friday night, before my good friends in O.K.I.M took the stage. The festival was pretty fun, the weather was a little up and down, had a little time to make some slap doodles but overall it was a pretty good festival for the 1st year of having it I believe. I was pretty excited I must say to take on the giant mouse ball, and if I may say so everyone should try doing that at least once in your life its a blast. A little update new hoodies are on their way, along with snapbacks and some new shirts so stay tunned

New Music and Friends

I have am so thankfull every day that I have the privilege to have such loving friends and family in my life. Most of my close friends I consider family. Among those come some very talanted individules all with their own unique way of looking at the world and expressing themselves. Some through art, some through just words and some through music. These friends have partially help shape me to be the person I am today. Always giving me constant motivation to better myself and better my brand. So I wanted to share a couple special friends of mine that are gonna do big things. So take a listen and you never know you might just have a new adition for your everyday thang hahaha

LION ENVY 3rd BBQ JAM

This is our 3rd year hosting our BBQ Jam, which originally was created to bring back the good old house party scene since there aren’t very many any more. You know? A chill place, good friends, awesome food, live bands. The past 2 years have been great, unfortunatly we can not hold the event at houses anymore due to overflow of people. This time I wanna make it all free, were hosting this event at Mc Vicker skatepark in Lake Elsinore CA. With live performances inside the park, a bmx contest and demo. Great food and friends, music and a bunch of new releases Hope to see you there!

Who’s Hungry

Ohhhh whaaaaat do we have here? Pizza is my all time favorite food! I could have it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Coincidentally I had some of the best pizza of my life last night over at this little place called Dominico’s in Long Beach. So for fun I couldn’t think of a better more creative way to pay homage to my favorite food than tuurning it into a shirt lol. We may not live in the same state, but through my brand we all connect and get to share something much bigger than ourselves and get to bring the joy to others. Rockin Roots Festival Bakersfield

So it’s official! Summer has began and no better way to start it off than with my friends in Bakersfield, California at the Rockin Roots Music Festival. With amazing bands that killed it this weekend consisted of A Day to Remember, Of Mice&Men, Dance Gavin Dance, All Shall Perrish, Forever the Sickest Kids, The Millionaires and Breathe Carolina. They only made part of the festival. The real fun for us was getting to meet everyone that came up to my tent, got spray painted by us,got to get a shirt and getting to share my story with everyone. So thank you for the great time I know I will see all of you soon! Maybe a pop up shop…who knows  

Rockin Roots Festival in Monterey Bay, California

This trip was definatly something I have been wanting to do for a while now, thanks to Jeff and Alex the guys that made this festival happen. I met them last summer at a festival and invited me to theirs. So me and the crew packed everything and headed up north for this Nor-Cal festival. With Monterey being about 2 hours away from SF the weather was really nice durring the day and pretty cold at night. But that didn’t stop the crowds, we made so many new friends it was incredible, some who knew of the brand, some that didn’t and some that just wanted me to paint on their tour busses haha. A big thank you to the crew and our friend Mark for letting us crash at his place. Here are a couple pics from the weekend that made our trip.

L.I.O.N ENVY Spring Release Party 2011

A big big thank you to everyone that made last night happen. If most of you couldn’t hear me on the mic cause it was so loud I apologize. But what I had said was in short, “Most of you have been here with me from the begining till now, in the good times and the bad. Some of you have even gotten the chance to work an event or come on a trip with us.
